How do I subscribe?

Click
'Subscriptions' from the left hand box on any page.

Click the GO
button to view ALL PUBLISHERS, or select just the publisher you
are interested in.

Choose the titles
you are interested in by checking off the box to the left of them,
if you are NOT currently logged onto the site it will require that
you do so.

Choose 'Online
Delivery' and 'Continue'.

Shipping: Choose
weekly or bi-weekly, monthly or every 12 books.

Submit your name,
address and credit card info as requested, then 'Continue'.

Payment: The cost
of your comics plus shipping will be charged automatically to your
credit card each time we ship your titles. s&h for US is a flat $5
total, International is a flat $12 total.

You are
authorizing Graham Crackers Comics to charge your credit card for
each shipment of the titles that you subscribe to.

Can I subscribe for In-Store pickup if I don't want home
delivery?

All in store
subscriptions are currently being handled in store only.
Each store can be contacted directly at the following e-mail

When and how often are new comics released?
New comics come in every Wednesday, holidays delay them
by 1 day. |

Can I subscribe to more than one copy of any title?
You can select any quantity desired for any title. For
example, you may want 2 copies of War Machine but only 1 copy of
Batman each month.
If a title is released with 50/50 cover splits, and you are down
for 2 copies, we will pull 1 copy of each cover. |

Is there a minimum number of titles required?
No. You may subscribe to as little as one book if you
like. But to receive a discount you must hit a 10 titles minimum. |

How do you handle variant covers?
Depends on the type of variant.
If you ask for 1 copy of Amazing Spider-Man each month and the
publisher ships it with 2 different covers (50% of 1 and 50% of the
other) we will simply pick one cover at random and ship you that. (if
you request both covers - both will be sent)
If the publisher issues a special 'incentive cover' for a
book, that comic will be listed separately on the site, as we will
not have enough copies of 'incentives' to fill all requests.
2nd edition covers are also listed separately on the site and
will not be sent for standing orders unless you request it.
It's assumed most customers simply want the first editions for their
subscriptions. Marvel tends to refer to their '2nd prints'
as 'variant covers'. |

When will my charge card be charged?
Your credit card will not be
charged until we process your order for shipping. And you are
only charged for the books currently being shipped to you.
As a subscriber if you first sign onto the site, then put
items in your shopping cart - you can choose 'SHIP WITH MY NEXT
SUBSCRIPTION ORDER' (it will be the first shipping option at
checkout) and the items will be pulled and held for you BUT you will
NOT be charged until your next subscription order goes out. |

When and how often will my titles be shipped?
New comics are released and shipped every Wednesday. An
order will be shipped to you each Wednesday if you opt for
weekly shipping. Bi-Weekly or Monthly will happen accordingly. If
you opt for ‘wait for 12 books’ we will NOT ship until you’ve
received at least 12 titles in your hold box. |

What are the shipping rates?
Domestic: Flat $5 total within the U.S.
International: $12 total for up to 13 books, most countries allow GLOBAL PRIORITY
MAIL which is our first shipping choice.

Will you ship internationally?
Unlike most
on-line stores we do. Everywhere. |

How can I add or delete titles from my subscription?

Adding titles:
Select 'Click to select publisher', choose your titles and click
'add to my subscription.

Removing titles:
From 'My Account' you can change the quantity or remove any title,
then click 'Update'
|

What is the deadline for modifying my subscription?
-
Deadline to make
changes: If you want your changes to be effective immediately with
this week's releases, submit them before Monday 9:00AM Central
time.
Otherwise, your changes will take effect with the titles released
the following week.

If you can not
find what you need on-line, e-mail your request to us and we'll
make the change for you.

To confirm the
status of any other changes that you make in your subscription,
refer to 'My Account' on the website.

To quit your
account - simply remove all books from your subscription service,
upon doing so you will only be charged for the books currently
being held in your hold box (not for books that have not shipped
yet).
